Mr. Rotondi, the founder of Sky Global, is an innovative thought-leader in the power generation industry, demonstrating leadership over the past 25 years in all facets of domestic electricity and fuels markets. During his distinguished career, he has participated in the development of nearly 3000MW of independent power generation projects for Montana Power Company, Shell Oil Company, and Kinder Morgan, Inc. As President and CEO of Sky Global, Mr. Rotondi currently spearheads all facets of commercial development including siting, power sales, fuel procurement, financing, construction management, commercialization, and operations management. And he has developed pioneering, flexible modeling that can be applied to any energy market.

Mr. Bird, a co-founder of Sky Global, leads the company’s engineering and technical development activities in addition to all governmental & regulatory aspects. His 30+ year career in the electric utility industry includes various responsibilities with American Electric Power (AEP) and as a private business owner. As Chief Operating Officer of Sky Global, Mr. Bird brings a wealth of leadership and experience in permitting, licensing, technical development, engineering, construction, government and public relations, operations, and other critical aspects of our projects.

Kathleen Morgan, a co-founder of Sky Global, has over 30 years of diverse experience in the energy industry. As VP of Strategic Planning and Administration of Sky Global, Kathleen leads a broad array of strategic development activities for the company. These include facilitating due diligence for development projects, strategic studies and evaluations, industry relations, shareholder and board meetings, financing, and administrative procedures.

Mr. Holloway, a partner of Sky Global Partners, worked his way up through the ranks from mechanic to the most senior power plant executive during his 40+ years in construction, operations and maintenance of power plants at East Kentucky Power Cooperative (EKPC). Notably, during Mr. Holloway’s tenure at EKPC, he attained the best safety record of all the cooperative’s plants – as well as one of the best in the country. As Vice President of Construction & Operations of Sky Global, Mr. Holloway’s leadership and depth of experience is invaluable in the construction of power plants, installation of new and improved equipment, commissioning and start up processes – as well as operations and maintenance.
